An Overnight Success, Over a Decade in the Making...

Although we added our first property to it's portfolio in 2006, the core principles of
the company began to form in 1996 when one of the founders was just 11 years old.

Living in a house right across the street from the high school taught the lesson over time
of what kept everyone coming back to our house instead of going to other houses
and what ingredients are needed to create a desirable place to live and hang out.

Our current success and past accomplishments could not have been possible without
maintaining 100% occupancy rates.  We propel demand by providing ridiculously
clean houses with nice amenities located in nice neighborhoods close to the center
of education and entertainment that also happen to be extremely affordable.
