2. There is but one Authority, THE NEIGHBORS!!!

3. The only requirements to become a roommate is a desire and cooperation to own a home.

4. Delta REP shall never put its name on any other purpose besides creating and taking care of homeowners.

5. Every property must fully support its operations in a profitable manner.

6. Each market shall fill their staff positions as soon as financially possible.

7. There is no such thing as seniority at Delta REP. Whether at the house or company level,
    respect is derived from results, not tenure.

8. Delta REP believes in knowing your neighbor, giving back to your community, and being productive in society.
    The only outside organizations we support are those related to entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

9. When it comes to marketing, we look within before we looking out.
    We expect our roommates and homeowners to be so satisfied with our products and services,
    that they supply the bulk of the marketing firepower for us.

10. Discipline, Fun, and Trust are the core values behind everything we do; always reminding us
      to do what needs to be done to get what we want,  enjoying what short time we’re here on earth,
