3 - Ensuring Their Assigned Properties are Kept Clean, Full, and Under Control

Cleaning Specialist

Their Responsibilities Include:
1 – Delegating the Dry Cleaning List to the Roommates and Providing Feedback
2 – Buying Supplies and Cleaning up What the Roommates Missed
3 – Doing Regularly Scheduled Deep Cleaning and Bi-Weekly Wet Cleaning

Leasing Specialist

Their Responsibilities Include:
1 - Assisting Regional Manager with Marketing
2 - Showing Room Openings
3 - Signing Leases

Maintenance Specialist

Their responsibilities include:
1 - Being on Call to Handle any Emergencies
2 - Performing Monthly House Inspections
