Nice Houses, Nice Neighborhoods, Awesome Roommates

Delta REP has focused on top notch houses in top notch neighborhoods in mid-town and downtown Omaha between UNO, UNMC, Creighton, and most recently Grace University.  We're also not too far from Metropolitan Community College's South Campus and Iowa Western.

4837 is right up the street from the richest man on the planet (Warren Buffet), 126 is down the street from a handful of amazing mansions and just around the corner from Joslyn Castle, 1839 and 807 are part of the beautiful Country Club and Field Club neighborhoods, while 1410 is just south of the Old Market in the up and coming Little Italy Neighborhood.

Although we could purchase and manage cheaper houses, we'd rather take care of nice houses in nice neighborhoods attracting better quality roommates and tenants.
