How long is the lease?
We have three options to suit your needs:
- 12 Months
- 3 Months
- Month to Month ($25 Monthly Premium)
What if I want to move out sooner?
All
of our leases are assignable which means that you can transfer it to
someone else upon our approval. We typically have a waiting list of
ready and willing roommates to take your spot and would do all the
marketing to find a new roommate should you decide to move out. You
just need to keep your room in good shape and we can take care of the
rest!
What do you require for a deposit?
It depends upon your credit, background, and reference checks... Also depends if you've got a pet.
What's all included?
If
you saw an ad somewhere other than our own website it was more than
likely just for the base rental prices. Make sure you clarify rent
prices when we call you. Utilities are split between all roommates in
the house and include: Electric, Gas/Water/Sewer, High Speed Wireless
Internet, Cable TV, and we even organize the stocking of your cleaning
supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything from Window Cleaner
to Toilet Paper.
Who will I be living with?
Young
Professionals (typically 20-25 years old) who are responsible,
respectable, and socially outgoing. We don't put up with roommates who
aren't clean, friendly, and fun. You can learn more about them after
you fill out the roommate application and we will set up a time when
you can stop by the house to meet everyone.
Do you allow pets?
It
depends. All current roommates would have to approve of it. Pets
follow the same house rules as their owners and may be subject to a
monthly pet fee and additional security deposit.
What's the Catch?
Cheap
rent, utilities included, individual lease, very nice properties,
social, fun and respectable roommates... sounds too good to be true?
The only thing we do differently is that we require automatic payments
which helps us streamline our processes and focus our time on marketing
rather than bill collecting. Also, most property managers assume their
properties are going to be vacant for a certain amount of time. We
ensure our properties remain 100% occupied and price them accordingly
passing the savings along to our awesome roommates!
