"They understand your needs cause they are your age!  It comforts me to know that I am on my own lease and they take care of the bills, I don't need to worry about collecting rent or utility money from the other roommates.  Also, I love that they really actually care about their roommates, if something is wrong in the house they get to it right away.  The houses are nice houses and always clean. It's just a nice group of people that care about you and make things easy on you."
