The lease terms require “a full calendar’s month notice submitted online to terminate a lease.” For example, whether it is March 2nd, 9th, 15th, or 23rd and you submit your notice, you will be responsible for the entire month of April. The sooner we receive notice, the sooner we can start to find a replacement who may be able to provide you with a pro-rated amount.
