Okay, so we’re 6 months late on getting this thing cranked out but in our defense the last time we put together one of these was in 2008!

At this point we are have 10 common equity seat available for $10,000 and 5 preferred seats at $100,000, 10% preferred dividends, profit share bonus, and equity splits that are fair. We’d also be able to structure fixed rate options (similar to a bond) in other amounts at up to 7% interest.
